Alessia (13) is has cerebral palsy and requires a wheelchair for mobility. In 2019 she recieved her own Assistance Dog, named Ebony.
Ebony has opened up the world to Alessia and provided more independence.

When Assistance Dogs Australia asked me to photograph the family I offered to gift a Story Art piece as part of the shoot day.

I reached out to Hotel Windsor, Melbourne who kindly provided their Windsor Suite for the very special photoshoot.

This is the end result of many hours in Photoshop, an artwork that tells the story of Alessia being magically freed from her chair, floating in a room filled with a forest, alongside her younger sister Ava, while Ebony watches proudly.

Please consider giving to Assistance Dogs Australia to help more families like Alessia's.

This is the piece that now hangs proudly on the family's wall. Watch the video to see how it was created: https://www.facebook.com/storyartaustralia/videos/915670802182981/
